Meanwhile you should eat slowly
And you will be able to digest the food properly
One should drink water slowly
As it helps to absorb the fluid actually
Whilst standing, if you drink water
It can damage kidney and cause certain disorder
You fast every Monday and Thursday
You will remain healthy everyday
Fasting will balance your Hormone levels
Prevent oxidative stress and remove life’s hurdles
You should be the best example of sound health and fitness
